The history of our residence took a decisive turn in 2016. At the time, the establishment faced the departure of its former management group, whose standardized models no longer suited the reality of our estate. Rather than simply accepting the situation, a group of co-owners made a bold decision: to take over the reins. By creating our own operating company (SAS Les Vertmarines), we turned a logistical challenge into a true opportunity to reinvent the residence.

This complete takeover gave us a precious sense of freedom. Far from the mass-market strategies imposed by large chains, we chose to refocus on what matters most: the quality of our accommodations. This human-scale operation, managed directly by the owners, is today the best guarantee of rigorous maintenance and the upholding of our 3-star standards.
