Espace naturel du Verdon

Marais du logit et du conseiller

These vast swamps were once used for salt production. Nature has regained the lands and now you will find a whole eco-system.

Vieux Port aux Huîtres

A place of art and history. You will discover through the fishermen's huts the artistic creations of painters, sculptors and photographers.

Bicycle paths

Discover the Médoc region through the numerous bicycle paths of the Vélodyssée tour. You have the possibility to rent bicycles directly at the Résidence.

Cercle nautique

Le Cercle nautique which is a member of the French sailing federation (FFV), offers you the possibility to enjoy all water activities and to improve your skills or get training courses with the sailing school.

Tourist train

This old train connect La Pointe de la Grave to Soulac. What an original way to discover the region!

Fishing at Le Verdon-sur-Mer

For the fishing lovers, Le Verdon-sur-Mer has 123 fishing spots.

The Cordouan lighthouse and its museum

Located at the entrance of the Gironde estuary, it is the only offshore lighthouse in France which host a lighthouse keeper. It is also the oldest lighthouse in operation and the only one in the world open to visitors!

Parc de l'Aventure - Montalivet

Royan

Take a ferry from La Pointe de Grave and cross the Gironde estuary to reach Royan. Discover its architecture and its market on a self-guided or guided tour of the city.
